Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ERWAGO INNOVATE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as ERWAGO Infotech, handles cancellations and refund requests for our services.

We build bespoke solutions and invest significant time in every engagement. Our policy reflects the milestone-based nature of our work and the resources committed from the point of agreement.

1. Business Systems & AI Enablement Audit Fee

• The audit fee is non-refundable once the audit delivery process has begun
• Delivery is considered to have begun upon our first scheduled discovery call or intake session
• If you cancel before the first discovery session, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days

2. Implementation Sprint (Project Work)

• All project work is delivered in defined milestones as agreed in the Statement of Work
• Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable, as the work has been delivered and accepted
• If you cancel mid-project, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the point of cancellation, assessed at a pro-rated portion of the current milestone
• Any prepaid amounts for future uncompleted milestones will be refunded within 14 business days of written cancellation confirmation

3. Managed Automation Retainer

• Retainer services require 30 days written notice to cancel
• The retainer fee for the current billing cycle is non-refundable once the cycle has begun
• Following the 30-day notice period, the retainer will be terminated and no further charges will be applied
• Notice must be submitted in writing to info@erwagoinfotech.com

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances — such as a significant failure to deliver on our part — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair outcomes and will work with you to find a resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include your name, company, service type, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the outcome within 7 business days.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our decision, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause in our Terms & Conditions, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
